Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be worn, altered, or damaged in any way
- Include all original packaging and accessories
Please note that items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds will be processed through Shopify Payments, and bank processing times may vary. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company to see if the refund has been processed. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@larara.shop and we will look into the matter.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@larara.shop and we will provide instructions on how to exchange it for a replacement.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for orders over $75, to ensure the safe return of your item.
